I am always active when playing karma severs and karma in house activities I am nice and respectful to the rules and the staf. And have never got banned on the server. I feel like I am well respected in the commuinty for being a nice chill csgo player.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member must be strict with the rules but also respect the players in the server or discord that they should use things like mute/kick/ban as a last resort and to not abuse it but to only use it when it is necessary.
