User has been banned 5 times for the same thing toxcicity and harassment I personally feel as if he did not learn his lesson. Not to mention he is permanently silenced. He attacks any user on Karma because he feels like it and for his entertainment. You also have many comm bans for same thing as well. I think you have been given way to many chances.
