I think I have a lot of good skills that would be good for this position. These skills include Communication skills, People skills, Leadership skills and problem-solving skills. All of these skills are very important for being a TTT staff member. As far as talents go I think I have a good reputation on the server and I know most of the players that play. I also have experience with being banned which makes me a great staff choice because I know what problems people look like and I can get them slain before they start big problems. I know I've been a pain in the past but I really have become a better person and want to make the TTT server a fun populated server again like how it used to be.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member should have a lot of experience/hours on the server they are on and know all the rules and enforce them at all times these rules include no RDMing, no ghosting, no unreadable names, no toxicity and no prop killing. Staff should also be responsible and do their job even if it makes people upset with you. The final thing that makes a good staff is someone who is nice and welcoming to new players and is willing to help them out when they need help.
0. Probably leaning towards more of a not now. His mindset seems to be a bit off.
"get them slain before they cause more issues" or whatever. I'd like to see more active staff members but I fear one of our issues with TTT getting less populated is too strict of staff.
Might want to figure out our current staff issues before bringing more onto the team?
-1 though he seems like he's going to be an ok fit because of his app. The only thing I've heard from this guy is immaturity at points, and shit talk of the current ttt staff.
