I have been bhopping for almost 5-6 years now so I have a good understanding of how it works and I've taught multiple people in just a couple of minutes and have gotten them to split their times in half.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I've been in the community for almost 6 months I believe and I'm pretty well known by people on 1v1 and bhop, and I would love to help on the bhop server since I don't ever see any bhop admins online.

+1 he seems very active which is what bhop needs. It has only 2 staff members that aren't senior admin+ so I would like to see the team expand a bit.
