Leadership which I get from my IRL job of being a paramedic.
- which I'd like to add to my hours and days per week. I work a 2 on 2 off every other weekend work schedule so depending on the week my hours and days fluctuate, I have put the max hours and days per week I am usually able to play.

What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member is someone who doesn't flash there power or authority. I believe that a good staff member sits with the community and helps promote a healthy environment. A good staff member is constantly taking criticism from others to constantly grow as a staff member. A staff member knows when to relax and have a good time but when something happens they are able to hit the authoritative switch and take control of the situation. Some qualities a staff member should have are maturity, personable, leadership, and have a good spirit.

He's legit, he was briefly an admin for me before. Wouldn't necessarily toss him a upper staff post or anything but should make a good mod.
