I think I have a lot of good skills that would be good for this position. These skills include Communication skills, People skills, Leadership skills and problem solving skills. All of these skills are very important for being a 1v1 staff member. As far as talents go I think I have a good reputation on the server. I also have experience with what problematic people look like which helps me be a great staff choice because I know what problematic people look like and I can get them muted or gaged before they start big problems.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I believe a good staff member is someone who is very patient and is very good with dealing with people who can be a disturbance to the sever.
