I am currently staff in another bhop server. I have been staff in such server for 1-3 months, the server is a bit dead now. I am planning to move to a more active server in which I mainly play which is Karma.

I have been staff in multiple skyblock servers back in the day, so I have experience dealing with difficult people. I have also involved myself around jobs that deal with a lot of costumer service so I know how to correctly act.

I am a very passionate person when it comes to my hobbies, Awp Bhop happens to be one of them. I believe I can offer way more consistency (Play Time) as a staff member and I will do so because I love the game not because I am forced to. I can provide the staff team with very good communication skills when it comes to difficult situations aka to deescalate situation and find a fast solution. As well as bringing new ideas to the server and making the community better day by day, to make sure everyone gets the best gameplay time.

I believe what makes a good staff member is to be involved with the community, be able to do tasks fasts and efficient to keep the community from being so toxic and be the helping hand of others.
