I am friendly, understanding, and look at both sides of the picture whenever there is an argument. I want to help refresh get players on ttt, I think we can make it work. Before I left, I was trying to help Noah with ttt. I have some ideas which we could implement in ttt. I also will try to get more players on the server and make the experience more enjoyable. When a new player gets on I will greet them with a nice welcoming and go over the rules with them. I can use my mic and talk in game to people to get them more engaged with the game and make them stay longer.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is understanding and looks at both sides of any situation. They also are kind and make sure people on the server are having fun. They also know what situations are good to be strict and what situations are good to stay calm.
