Alongside the talents/skills listed above, I would also consider myself a dependable and trustworthy person. I will go above and beyond to help anyone with a task that needs doing while also being able to manage and communicate projects and ideas with my team members. As someone who does a lot of community service, I have learned to work well with others and be able to communicate my thoughts efficiently. I am intelligent and mature (most of the time) but am also not such a hard ass that I cant have a good time and have fun.
What do you think makes a good staff member
What makes a good staff member is a couple of things. In my experience as a *pushes glasses up* Minecraft staff manager, a good staff member is someone who is both up to the task when the time comes and able to manage themselves and others in a way that everyone on the server can have a fun and enjoyable experience on any network they apply for. A staff member must be mature enough to understand the line between general fun and toxicity/harassment and can handle any situation accordingly. Alongside these qualities, what makes a good staff member is someone who is motivated to do the job that they've applied for. No matter how small a position they may receive, the server only runs as well as all of its parts. They must also be chad. Refresh owes me a +3 on this and has to play Uno with me.
