Original ban for cheating https://karma-gaming.net/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=STEAM_1:0:42623210&advType=steamid it has only been about 2 weeks since that ban occurred so doubtful its due to a dynamic ip changing and then you just happening to get assigned a cheater from karma and I checked and your IP is not owned by a VPN Ill let admins make their judgement tho
