I once tried to log into the game and it said I was banned. I searched up the reason and it said "duplicate acount." I have no idea what that means but I was for sure not doing anything wrong nor against the rules.
This must have been an error, please help.

Means your attempting to alt on our servers after already being banned, You've been banned 7 times over the course of a year lol, Just like your 1st account that got banned on this server "Thats cap" Take your bs sob story and shove it. Also looking into each of your 7 bans 2 being for cheating the others are you just attempting to alt over and over again.

I once played with a thing called HASTE that is suposed to boost your connection, maybe it changes my IP adress and another hacker used haste as well IDK pls help. And also you can check my profile, you can see this is my main acount, I have plenty of hours in a lot of games.
