Although I haven't played in a while and I haven't been a part of ttt since the beginning, I still have one of the highest amount of hours on the ttt server. Cause of this I have played with countless people both staff and non-staff aswell as old and new players. If a new player joins I have always tried to say hi and give a quick explanation of the rules. I can also provide helpful insight aswell as better understand both sides and try to be beneficial to both sides. I also tend to spend to much time on the server so any types of bugs or complaints I hear I could easily report the problem and get it fixed.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Someone who is active and does things with reason and not letting personal emotions or problems cause problems in the server._. Also someone who explains the rules normally and is chill to new players.
