Most of the people reading this may already know me and much of this but if you are new hello!
I am bringing a European person who plays awp bhop most of the time, i see a decline in European awp staff currently. And figured it would be a great oppertunity to re-apply, i have personally also had many encounters lately with people breaking the rules and saying things that are prohibited on the server.
I would be bringing a mature and cheerful good behaviored person, that very clearly knows how to act on a server let alone be staff on it.
I would also be bringing a person who can help out zade or wunka with a lot of feedback regarding making maps in awp bhop.
What do you think makes a good staff member
As i have been staff on Karma before i have learned alot and knows how a good staff member should act and how you shouldnt act.
Being respectful to ALL players is IMO important since they are all equal and deserveres an equal amount of respect, just because you are staff makes you higher than the players BUT it is very important that no one likes a staff member who believes he/she can do whatever they want or treat other people differently from others.
A good staff member is also someone who can have fun with the players and not be all to strict, but again rules are rules new or players you havent seen before doesnt need to be muted or gagged or whatever punishment you would usually get for breaking a rule. Some players arent used to Karmas set of rules and need to learn and be accustomed to them. Therfor it is important that you learn and can see who should recieve a punishment and who needs to be caught some slack.
As a last thing a good staff member is also someone who tries to help out in every way possible to try and fulfill the players needs/demands (in reasonable bounds ofc)
