I was ex staff for Hellz Gamers for at least a year staffing for TTT, minigames, and surf. Also, I'm an ex senior admin for Karma, staffed TTT for a couple of months.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
Some skills that I could bring into the staff team is that I have good communication/listening skills. Being able to support staff or non-staff with problems is something I've have and still do. I've also taken computer programming for a couple of years, so I still remember some coding. Another skill that I am learning and is still a work in progress, is editing/making maps for csgo.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Being a good staff member is all about getting to know the community and how they treat you back. When being staff it shouldn't feel like you are doing a job because of something you applied for. Getting to just playing the game and relaxing with friends is cool, but obviously when things go south or someone needs help is when staff member needs to step in. A final thing that I believe can help any staff be more noticed is just putting themselves out there. Whether it's helping out on test servers, doing small favors, or even being on servers daily.
