Every time I join the server, I am greeted with a positive atmosphere, which makes me want to contribute to the atmosphere. I can take a server from being dead silent to every one laughing, having a great time. In addition, I can easily spot a cheater when I see one, I have already taken action to personally see it through that the cheaters on the server are banned. I am a fast learner, meaning I can learn any commands you throw at me practically instantaneously. I'm the type of person to do anything and everything you need me to do here, so long as it doesn't impact my social life and work schedule. I'll go beyond to make every one on the server feel welcome, as well as whatever the additional staff members are requiring of me.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member needs to possess a good moral compass, bring about an exciting and inviting atmosphere, as well as be an on-hand man for whatever needs to be done in regards to the server (I.E. any muting or gagging that needs to occur). When it comes down to it, it doesn't matter if you are good at the game, it just matters that you have a sense of what's right and wrong, and that you step into the line of action to make sure that what's right comes out on top.
