What do you think makes a good staff member
As someone that has been part of the combat surf community for almost two years now, I started taking a liking in combat surf. However, as most of the community probably knows, the game is dying, as well as the community. As someone in the community, I want to attempt to help bring back the combat surf community and the game altogether. These days, Karma is one of the most popular combat surf servers, which is why I am applying for staff on this server.
What I think makes a good staff member is someone that has a motive in being a staff member, and someone that wants to be part of a good cause, and pursue their motives as best as they can. For example, if someone did not have a motive, and they applied for staff, it wouldn't make sense. If it's not to make the community better, then there really isn't a motive other than to just have power, which I think wouldn't be a proper motive. A proper motive is something they want to accomplish for the server/community, and no motive means they just want power, which again, is NOT something people should be going for.
