I've been playing in the Combat Surf community for a long time and was Admin/Manager through all owners on DZN. I also have been a part of the AWP Bhop community practically since the beginning and was one of the manager(s) of iGlobal. Both of these combined easily combine to at least 3-years+, and that's being modest.

I played Garry's Mod years ago, there I was admin on multiple Death Run servers and 1-Dark RP server. I have a few hundred hours of staff experience on G-Mod. This is really the only other game I have true admin experience besides Minecraft; but I was so young so I don't really count it.

What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
I believe I would be a very good addition to the Karma staff team due to my prior experience as staff on several servers and games. I am also a known player on Karma and I believe this can actually be important since people already know me and I'm not just some random who got accepted. There are always toxic and loud people on AWP Bhop at night when there are no staff online and it can get really annoying, I play flexible hours and I am even online when the Europeans get on late at night.
-SIDENOTE: I would like to apply for both AWP and Combat Surf because I play both equally.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I believe a good staff member is someone who is not abusive with his power, does not gain an ego because of his power and uses his right as admin to help the other players of the server rather than take out rage on players they dislike and abuse them which I see happen pretty often. A good staff member is also understanding and owns up to his/her mistakes.
