Hey. every time i try to join the karma servers it comes up saying im banned? i played some 1v1 servers a couple weeks ago and have been trying to play awp bhop but cant get in. dont know the reason i was banned my account is new might be the reason? i recently bought a new account but i play on karma servers on my main account "Sink licker" which is friends with the account banned. anyway i can get unbanned or atleast know why i was banned from all the servers...?

I even had played on a previous account that I can no longer get into cuz the email was messed up. Not sure if he's still staff or a member but I have discord messages with Rackful from 2019 when I bought VIP. it has receipts and charges from the VIP purchase.
