As someone who plays on the 1v1 servers almost every day i've become pretty accustomed to the staff and the rotation of players that come on every week. Through my time playing on the server i've been more capable of diffusing tense situations between other players. Im also capable of adapting to the needs of the server, (Learning and implementing new rules/ commands etc.)
What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member does what has to be done to help uplift the server and should be unbiased in making decisions. I also think a good staff member should be friendly and hold a good standing within the community (players and other staff.) If i had to boil it down into one sentence, a good staff member should be able to tell whats right from wrong, and make informed decisions.
