I have been around the Combat Surf community for almost 5 years and the Titanfall Community for a year and a half and have been known as a friend and resource to most people I have engaged with. My experience as a leader for both of these communities has developed a strong passion for helping others and the ability to be authoritative when I need to but relaxed and perceptive in most situations.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is able to listen to others around them and communicate effectively. They need to have appropriate social skills in order to handle different situations. Overall however, they need to be authentic people as well, as in empathetic to fellow community members with the ability to own up to their mistakes when they may inevitably slip up.
