I have done TF2 admin work for years. I did Creators.TF work as a mod for 6 months. I have worked with with the main anticheat for TF2 community servers STaC as well and have a lot of experience with anticheats. I also was a mod for Vigilante Gamers another TF2, CS1.6, CS:S server provider for about a year before their TF2 servers closed. My most recent project has been financing Bandlands.TF another TF2 community project looking to branch off from Creators.TF following controversy there.

I create videos and do video editing. I have hosted giveaways before, and my moderator responses are usually pretty straight forward and not emotional. I think that's pretty important. I have written entire rulebooks for new servers (C.TF and B.TF). I also have a wide array of networking done from being involved with a few communities.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I am really easy going and easy to work with. I respond within a day, never beyond unless there are extraordinary circumstances.
