I’ve been playing on Karma servers for a few years now and I know what Csurf was like at its peak on Karma, I want to help Karma get back to what it was like back in Csurf prime. I know what staff and players should be like since I've seen a lot of the changes that have been made to the staff team. I’m getting back into playing Csurf again and I want to help keep it a good environment for new players so they’re not just getting called any racial/homophobic slurs, as this would lead to a new player's decision to never play again.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I think a good staff member is someone who knows all the rules, knows the community, and doesn’t abuse their powers to get what they want. I think a good staff member should try giving chances if someone is unaware of the rules instead of just perma muting them. A good staff member should be able to recognize a situation that is about to go too far and step in to try and de-escalate whatever is going on.
