Good mediation between players, quick to action against rulebreakers, very knowledgeable about societal issues so excellent at determining what constitutes as hate speech etc. I would also be one of the most active staff on awp bhop without a doubt
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is not hypocritical (follows rules as well as enforces), analyzes situations and compares them to the rules to effectively deal with them using an absolute minimum of personal bias. I also believe staff should be able to have frequent positive interactions with the player base to give the server a "good vibe" so to speak. They also aren't named zade. (jk❤️)
