I'm a pretty calm individual and good at de escalating situations, I have been playing Karma for a few years and have a good understanding of the server rules, and I would say I have pretty good experience as staff. I have more time to play now and play a good amount late night/ early.
What do you think makes a good staff member
people who can handle problems within the server with a calm attitude, have a good understanding of the server rules, set a good example for the other staff members, and can enforce the rules while still making the server a fun environment for everyone.
0, more on the -1 side. a bit more effort but made it way to fast in response to his app being denied... didnt even give it a week or so.. im sure hes a great staff but idk how to feel about that
+1 same response as before: good previous staff before he went inactive and i hope that he can get accepted under the assumption that he will not leave immediately after
+1 glad he reapplied with a more serious application. He was good staff before (one of the people I trained years ago) and like havoc said hopefully he doesn't just instantly dip after
