I believe I can bring fairness and cooperation between all staff members and be a helping hand to those in need. I keep a simple view on the world. treat others how you want to be treated.
I don't necessarily have any views, I always try to keep an open mind. I always try to be respectful even when the person on the other end isn't that cool ,and I always step in if there's a person being disrespected and bullied in any other way. (I also don't like keeping a bias on a person and staying mad at a person, I always want to keep an open mind and always believe the best for a person, (maybe they aren't feeling too well or are having a bad day, etc.)
What do you think makes a good staff member
Someone who is fair, respectful, and willing to help. A staff member who doesn't judge someone by their mistakes but instead helps improve on them.
