Im good at staying level headed, ive been playing karma servers for over 2 years so ive seen many different staff members moderate the server so i have a good understanding on how a staff member should act, i have good relationships with most of the staff,
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member has to take his job seriously, periodically check the server, stay updated with the players and respond to call admins when possible if not alert another staff member, also you have to cant be toxic and have to respect the players that are playing on the server
+1 seems like a troll at first but tbh has matured A LOT in the past couple of years and seems to be interested in becoming a bigger part of the community.
