Additional talents and skills that I can bring to the staff team include many things. I have a lot of experience as an active moderator on the servers. I have been a staff trainer and am a former staff member so I would need little training on moderation, commands, and professionalism as a staff member.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Additionally, my friends and I are in a group known as "929" and have been populating and supporting the combat surf server and all would like to assist karma on a staff level as well.
Qualities needed in a good staff member include remaining calm in stressful or heated situations among players, keeping the server a fun environment to play, and staying down to earth while in their position.
I hope to show that I have matured and can improve as a staff member for the community.
