Since school has started my time has been limited but I still join awp bhop when I have free time to attempt to keep the server populated. I have experienced cheaters, toxic players and problematic people so I can spot them easily I also have some experience setting up plugins and configs for servers.
What do you think makes a good staff member
to be a good staff member, you have to enforce the rules consistently whether you like a player or not. even if someone is trolling or trying to get you mad you have to keep your cool. you should also stay active on the servers and in discord. part of being a staff member is keeping the servers a fun experience.
