I have been staffing servers for as long as I've played CS:GO which is coming on 7 years now. I know all there is to know about sourcemod in general use of sourcebans, how to apply punishments remotely, targetting steamids of untargetable names etc, excluding any custom plugins I have not encountered none of which exist on your servers.

To clarify why I put 0 hours on both options: I am not new, I have been in and around this community for years however the server averages 2 players a day so there's no incentive to join, which is why I want to be in a position where I can resolve this as being a regular community member, you can't do anything and I want to play TTT.
I have, as previously mentioned, all relevant experience when it comes to staffing I am highly knowledgeable on TTT, I have helped rewrite the rules alongside wunka when he was the manager ironing out loopholes was mainly what I did. I've dealt with all kinds of special people from trolls to just plain and simple low IQ people. I know how to handle situations effectively whilst deescalating to the best of my ability
What do you think makes a good staff member
Firm but fair, not overbearing on the application of rules and someone who doesn't have an ego complex, mostly.
