What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
I bring many additional talents and skills to the staff team. For example, I was once a former karma staff member so I have a lot of experience within combat surf and the community surrounding it. Formerly, I was an admin for the combat surf server and have played for many years. I know how to use commands, proper punishments, and can show professionalism as a staff member. Alongside that, Karma is one of my favorite combat surf servers and I'd like to help from the staff side as well.
What do you think makes a good staff member
In my opinion, a good staff member must be able to remain calm in stressful or heated situations among players on the server, keep the place a fun environment, and show maturity at all times to be a role model for the players. For server side activity, I believe a good staff member must always be active in some sort of way on the server and help populate when needed.
