What additional talents/skills could you bring to the staff team
In my past experience in server staffing my main skills were communications. I found it more effective to promote a positive atmosphere than to wait for toxicity and punish it. However, I am very ready to punish toxicity. My main weakness is I am not great at identifying cheats. In the past I have reached out to other staff members, who have experience with cheats, when I was unsure about the legitimacy of a player.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I like to think I can have a positive influence on the c-surf community. I try to promote a friendly and fun atmosphere. I think this is especially important as the community has been seen by some as very competitive and sometimes toxic.
