What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member walks the line between overly enforcing rules and being lazy. They know when to enforce them when someone is disrupting the server experience but also know how to have a little fun. A good staff member keeps a level of trust and confidentiality with others and doesn't start drama in the community. They're confident in their decisions and don't give in to people trying to troll and bully them, or give them a reason to. Finally, a good staff member doesn't look down on others in or outside of the staff team based on their position; everyones role in the team is important, and the server looks like a joke when the people keeping it together arent together.
