I have a good understanding of when players are conversing between friendly banter and being toxic between members. I am also a fairly likable person from people of multiple groups/servers. Plus I am able to make myself very clear with talking, whether that's about rules or just general conversation.
What do you think makes a good staff member
A good staff member is someone who is friendly, likeable, and a fair person. Being able to handle any situation calmly and from a perspective of being just and making a good decision from the situation at hand.
