Experience in multiple games and gamemodes with a deep understanding of these gamemodes movement mechanics and what it takes to improve within them all (Apex, TF2 and CS). A good understanding of what new and experience players really want out of a server/network.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Willingness to help new players learn movement concepts and a generally friendly attitude to players regardless of skill plus years of admin experience. A decent understanding of what players and the community really consider acceptable behaviour in a server (Not taking admin power to far).
