I managed a couple of Community Servers that I made for fun, since I had just gotten my server rack installed in my basement. I had and awp, 1v1, and retake servers. I ran all 3 for about 2 years until I had to wipe the server it was ran on. I never got around to remaking them since I had been using all 4 of my servers for work at the time.

I was an admin on Critical Gaming, an Arma 3 server back in 2016 maybe before. The rules were very lengthy and meticulous, however it was an amazing community to be apart of. Aside from CG, I had been a moderator on 2-3 other Arma 3 servers throughout 2013-15.

I also did tech support on all of the communities I was staff on, since I was usually the most technically inclined member of the team. Previously, I study IT and working cyber security and pen testing for multiple businesses in the Philadelphia area.
What do you think makes a good staff member
I believe that 3 thing would make me an amazing staff member. First I'm always around, everyday I play and at most times I never see any staff. I work from home, so even while working I'd be able to stay around the server almost any hour, day or night. The second thing would be that I am very good with people. I've always been able to get along with and respect everyone, and I believe, to be a good staff member its vital that you get along well with the community. The third would be my determination. I am and always have been determined to succeed and do my absolute best at the things that I have pasion and enjoyment for.
