No surprises from me, im not even really that involved in the "community" or whatever. Just love the game.
And i mean, i have SOME real life managing experience, im managing a sales team of 4 people right now.
Level headed, well spoken (when sober), and reasonable. Good judge of character too.
Unironically love teaching how to surf to the rare new player. Itd be nice if Karma was known as the server to go to learn since they have cool staff. Im a pretty sincere person.
Also, I dont have any weird expectations like, "oh, if i kick a milion people, theyll promote me to owner", or something dumb like that.
Just wanna kick hackers. Itd be nice if i could kick them for like 10 minutes, i dont really want to ban anyone, barring the obvious hacker.
I dont really like banning people. Not because i feel bad or anything, but because I just dont want to deal with a person crying about it. So theres your bit of honestly from me and where i might fail.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Im honest.
That doesnt mean i wont ever lie, but that does mean that if i have a friend whos hacking or something stupid like that, i wont hesitate to let someone know.
Not because its my job or anything, but because i feel like it legitimately ruins the game for the potential new player.
I also am not doing this for any sort of recognition or anything. Please, if im accepted as staff, no staff marking or chat tags or anything (to the degree that that is possible).
I genuinely love this game and I want to represent the largest US server as a decent person.
I want someone to go, "Damn, i wanna play that surfing game again. I hope that PenisSass guy or whatever is on so i can ask him stuff"
I think that that intent means a lot.
