I'm very active, and i am always interacting and helping people especially on the 1v1 server. i'm a CS player first and foremost, and I have spent lots of time dealing and negotiating with people whether that be by mediation or taking direct action. I've been playing on karma 1v1 since 2016, and I have a lot of experience with community servers and moderation. I'm also very active on pretty much all social medias.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Someone who's attentive, unresponsive to toxicity and reaction bait, and has a solid moral compass. Being active and able to pick up on cheaters and take action, as noticed this is one of the major problems since the switch to cs2.
