I was an active moderator and staff member for Sneak's 1v1, surf, and kz in csgo. I was with them for a little over a year and a half. Unfortunately they chose to continue maintaining their csgo servers and not migrate to cs2. The servers are all basically dead now.
I also did some community moderation on KSF's surf servers on source. It lasted for 6 months, but they have a myriad of internal issues.

I have experience with cs:source plugins and scripts, as well as baseline server maintenance. I'm also very familiar with staff structures and permissions. I've got a good idea of what's expected and how to handle various situations.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Aside from my experience, I get along great with most people. I am all fun and jokes, but I know there is a boundary we can't cross. I'm also active in the community. There's no servers like karma :)
I will also likely be active during times other staff may not be. Mostly in the early AM and early PM most days. (I could be wrong, I've just not seen many staff when I play)
