I was a part of the corporate esports association (CEA) league for CS and Valorant at my company (Microsoft) where I participated both as a player, but also as an admin for the teams. I helped work with other team leads to set up games, as well as work with new players joining our corporate league, particularly interns and new hires.

I work at Microsoft as a software engineer so any server handling or programming that needs to be done, I could always help out with. I primarily work in C++ and .NET.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Since college, I have been spending a lot of time playing on cs servers like 1v1 and bhop as they are a lot of fun for me. A lot of it happens after work and at night (11pm PST and later) where there aren't a lot of admins on and usually see a bit of cheating and racism happening. I would love to help contribute some way to a server that I enjoy spending my free time in. Thanks!
