I work in IT, so im rather good with a computer. any aspect of the moderation id be able to pick up quickly. I have screen recording capabilities to easily document cases. i have been playing cs since 2013 so i have experience at spotting cheaters.
What do you think makes a good staff member
Being friendly and creating a good environment for the users. Being always online definitely helps as i work from home and will be able to quickly respond.
