What additional skills could you bring to the staff team?
I don't really have any skills other than my subpar mechanics and have decent knowledge on the subject, but I understand the purpose of Karma 1v1s as a place to build strafe and aim mechanics and would like to be apart of the moderators to help build a community that understands that purpose and expresses that through their game play.
What do you think makes a good staff member?
Understanding the purpose of their role and what that does and doesn't entail in regards to the power that they can issue out. Being understanding and willing to work with other staff. Being respectful and polite to the players on the server as to not foster a toxic community.
