As a pro player and an avid R5 player, I know what's allowed and what's not. I know it is frustrating to deal with players that don't think the rules apply to them and have a no nonsense policy when it comes to those behaviors.
What do you think makes a good staff member?
A good staff member must be aware, fair, and objective. There's no need to get into arguments with people, you're either following the rules or you don't, and the subsequent actions taken are simple.
