Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all, English is not my native language, so I have used a translation tool for this letter. I hope you can understand and forgive any potential awkwardness in the expression.
After not playing R5 for several months, I recently tried to log back into the game, only to find that my account has been banned from the [NA] 1v1 Server. I assume this might be due to me excessively hiding behind cover during matches. I was unaware of this relevant rule before, but now I have a clear understanding of it. I sincerely apologize for my unintentional violation.
I am not sure if changing my username on EA has any impact on the account unban process. For your reference, my previous in-game ID was Yukki_Nakashim, and my current ID is Nakashim99.
I would be extremely grateful if I could be given a chance to play R5 again.
