I never used cover and it was my second time play R5 RELOADED, I don't know why they ban me so please help me appeal my ban, thank you. The only time i "used" cover was I slipped from the edge in 2 different fight accidently when i was gunning and running, i just falled from the edge and they have to come over to fight me under, that's the only time i can think if they thought i used cover. please help
