Why were you banned/muted, and why should your request be approved?
I have no idea why I got banned, I was just playing the game normally and suddenly I was kicked out of the game. When I tried to re-enter the server, it showed that I was banned by the server. Here is a video of my gameplay:

I often play on your server and really want to continue playing. If I used cover, I apologize for this behavior, and I promise to fight in open areas and improve my gameplay.
