Why were you banned/muted, and why should your request be approved?
As far as I know, I have not violated any rules. However, I noticed that my account was banned while playing today. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the ban and clarify the reason for it.

Hey NGlife, we had a problem recently with exitlag users losing access as somebody was IP banned with an exitlag IP. I'm betting this is the issue you're coming accross. You can test it out by turning off exitlag, or perhaps changing endpoint/ip. I don't think a reroute alone would do it. I also am not seeing your name in our banlist. lmk
