I was not given a reason for the ban on multi map 2 so I'm not really sure what I'm appealing the only thing I can say is I strictly follow the rules presented in the MOTD. the only thing that I can say that ive done that might be questionable is when someone breaks the rules on me I will do the same in response to only them or just back out of the 1v1 which I don't believe is against the rules and have been specifically told to do if I encounter a cheater by noira a moderator I am one of the biggest proponents of following the rules so that's why the ban confused me especially a permanent ban with no warning or reason given

you were crouchspamming as soon as I joined the server-- something I specifically warned you about twice on the day before. it's been long enough so I'm unbanning you, but it's important to acknowledge that you were in fact warned and were later banned when found breaking the rules when you thought no mods were around

okay if I was crouch spamming I'm sorry and was unaware if I'm crouching multiple times I generally try to space them about a second apart which I was told by mod noira was acceptable.do you agree with that? do you keep screen shots of your warnings because I genuinely do not ever remember seeing you give me a warning and it is not like me to directly ignore a warning if i was specifically told not to do it I don't believe I would do it again.

I do not keep screenshots of warnings.. I'm not sure anybody does. That folder would quickly fill up my storage. My warning is usually a kick from the server with a reason written as your kick message, which it was in your case. To recap, on the prior days when I warned you, you did actually stop crouchspamming. It was when I entered the server on another day when I saw you crouchspamming against me, that I banned you. And I don't want to put words in Noira's mouth, but I've never seen her say to space out your crouches by a second. What I do see her advise is to hold your crouch for a full second if you really want to crouch so badly. What I can say for certain is if a player crouches 1s apart, 5x in a row, I will for sure warn/kick/ban for crouchspam. Crouching during your strafe does not translate well to the main game. In apex the crouch animation is much slower, and it gives you a strafe speed penalty which does not exist in r5r. It isn't a good thing to practice, it's purely a stat-padding behavior in r5r
