Why were you banned/muted, and why should your request be approved?
I believe I was banned because I used cover during gameplay. After looking into the rules, I now understand that using cover is prohibited on the server.
I apologize for breaking the rules. I understand my mistake now, and I will make sure that it never happens again. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider removing my ban and giving me another chance. I will follow the server rules from now on.
