Why were you banned/muted, and why should your request be approved?
I was banned for crouch spamming. I received warnings from several players, but because I did not properly understand the server rules at the time, I continued doing it.
I now understand that crouch spamming is against the rules. From now on, I will follow the server rules and make sure not to make the same mistake again.
