Reason for ban/mute and why should your request be approved
In the reason for why I was banned it said I was a duplicate account, which is confusing, as this is not the case. I use a VPN to connect to American servers and believe this might be the reason - idk lol

Your ban was due to using a VPN. We will be lifting the ban, but if you do not want this to happen again, we suggest to not use a VPN on our servers.
